FACULTY MEMBERSHIP
Introduction
Holistic Resources International has established a voluntary membership program to engage individuals desiring to advance knowledge and practice of resource mobilization management.
Individual members can join as faculty and will be responsible for curriculum development and reviews, training and mentorship and proposing and convening trainings. In addition, carryout reviews of work done by junior faculty members.
As a faculty, you have an opportunity to jolt a program or project as a director including consultancy services on your areas of interest and in line with Company objectives. Specifically, faculty members will be responsible for;
- Identifying and actively participating in the development and implementation of projects and programs.
- Identifying relevant resource mobilization training needs and actively participating in designing curriculum for training, mentorship and supervision of mentees.
Advisory Board of Management shall be established from among the existing faculty members who have demonstrated substantial achievements and their contributions the organization.
Initially, members who wish to join as shareholders can express their interest plus proposed monetary contributions. Those who have expressed interest will be included soon after verifications of company worth have been completed.
Faculty Membership levels
| Membership level | Eligibility |
| Senior consultant | • This level of membership is by invitation only. • Individuals invited must demonstrate substantial achievements or contributions to practice of resource mobilization internally or externally. |
| Consultant | • For those professionals who have resource mobilization as their main area of work e.g. grant administrators, grant writers, fundraisers, resource mobilizers. • Have minimum of three years’ of experience. • Have evidence of continuous professional development. • Trained on relevant resource mobilization courses. • Successful consultancy service in relevant areas of focus. • Completed Trainer of Trainer (ToT) course internally. |
| Associate consultant | • This is for individuals who are in active engagement in or considering a career in resource mobilization. • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience. • Have evidence of continuous professional development • Trained on relevant resource mobilization. |
| Affiliate consultant | • This is for individuals at entry level into active engagement in or considering a career in resource mobilization. • Have a year or less experience. |
| Student or trainee | • This is entry level suitable for interns, recent graduates and trainees. |
Compensation for engagements
Holistic Resources International shall provide a supportive environment for faculty to engage in program and project development and implementation. Through this, there shall be extra income generated either in terms of financial and administrative costs or as program or project income.
The extra financial and administrative funds shall be available for capacity building and sustainability while program or project income shall be available for sharing between Holistic Resources International and specific Program or Project in the ration of 20:80 respectively.
The specific Program or Project portion shall provide compensation for participation as per the following rates:-

NB: FTE is full-time equivalent which means one has The Project or Program Director shall work with Holistic Resource International in planning and implementation to ensure the success of the Program or Project.
